These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Gessio platform. By using our services, you accept these conditions.
1. Object
Gessio is a SaaS platform allowing associations to manage their members, subscriptions, events, and communications. The service is accessible via a monthly or yearly subscription.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Use of Gessio implies full acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
3. User Account
To use Gessio, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account.
4. Responsibilities
Gessio is committed to providing a quality service and ensuring platform availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The user is responsible for their use of the service and the data they enter.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Gessio platform (code, design, logo, content) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. Data entered by the user remains their property.
6. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR). We are committed to complying with applicable regulations.
7. Termination
You can terminate your subscription at any time from your space. Gessio reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these ToS.
8. Amendments to ToS
Gessio reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes by email.
9. Applicable Law
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
